24-7 Risto provides a food ordering system for customers on Pay as You Go Basis for Food Court. This is a food ordering system for food courts that want to go online but do not come out with much capital. You can invite all the tenants to join your food ordering system but you need to appoint someone to manage the orders.
This Food Ordering System can take Dine-in / Eat In, Delivery, Reservation and Pick Up / Takeaway. It comes with a mobile app for backend management of orders. And an App for regular customers to take orders.
How it works:
We can set up the food menu for each tenant in our food ordering system as per the category of food. (for participating stores)
The food court owner will be appointed as the main person who will manage the orders.
When there are incoming orders from the customers, the person in charge will need to notify the individual store owner of their respective orders
When all the food orders are prepared and ready for delivery, the person in charge will need to collect all the foods from the respective store owners and arrange for delivery.
Payment will be transferred to the store owner within the payment settlement dates after deducting the transaction fee and owners will then transfer payment to each store owner.

Pay As Go Package Transaction Fee:
The Food Ordering System is set up based on Pay As You Go Arrangement. As this seems to be the best solution during this hard time. Your restaurant does not need to pay for expensive software to go online.
We can set it up for you free of charge but there is a transaction fee of 13% on each order coming into the system. For this food court package, in fact, we only take from you effectively 10% as the remaining 3% is chargeable by the payment gateway company. The advantage of having this system is you can have it tried out and if you think it works out well, you can switch to purchasing the website later on.

Individual Stall Owner:
All the stall owners are charged 10% for the transaction fee + 3% for the payment gateway fee
The 10% can be absorbed by the stall owner or customer. Scenarios:
10% to be absorbed by stall owners, there will be no changes in food prices
10% to be absorbed by customers, the food prices can be increased by 10% for delivery orders
5% to be absorbed by stall owners and 5% to be absorbed by customers. The food prices can be increased by 5% for delivery orders
The settlement will be arranged from the food court owner to the stall owner

1. Customer scan QR to place an order and make payment at Cashier Counter (using Sunmi V2 or Gkash Business App for eWallets payment)
2. If the customer does not wish to scan a QR code, they can proceed directly to an individual stall for direct order. Stall owner can use their POS system inside their mobile phone to place orders and print out the receipt using Portable Bluetooth Printer. Payment can be collected using Gkash Business App installed on each stall owner's mobile phone.
1. For the food court located inside the shopping mall, customers are allowed to place orders online and arrange their pickup timing when coming for collection at a specified pickup counter
2. For the food court located along the main road, customers are allowed to place order online and specify their car plate number when coming for collection at a specified pickup location
