How do you own a food court without a food court?

Do you want to own a food court without a physical food court? This is the concept of the virtual food court. You can make use of a few best restaurants in the same neighborhood, combine them into 1 single food ordering system, and sell this food via a virtual food website.

Imagine you have restaurants A, B, C, D, and E located in the same neighborhood, by joining forces with the other restaurant owner located nearby and making the food available to neighborhood residents or office workers. Now you can sell the best food available to your neighborhood using our virtual food court system.

This Food Ordering System can take Delivery and Pick Up / Takeaway.

How it works:

  • We can set up the food menu from each participating restaurant /cafe into our food ordering system as per the category of food.
  • The virtual food court owner will be appointed as the main person who will manage the orders.
  • When there are incoming orders from the customers, the person in charge will need to notify the individual store owner of their respective orders
  • When all the food orders are prepared and ready for delivery, the person in charge will need to collect all the foods from the respective store owners and arrange for delivery.
  • Online payment will be transferred to the virtual food court owner within the payment settlement dates after deducting the transaction fee and owners will then transfer payment to each store owner.

The highlight of the Features:

Pick Up / Drive-Thru / Takeaway: Allow pre-ordered food for taking away, take orders online, and reduce human involvement in taking orders via phone / WhatsApp. Better arrangement of takeaway process.

  • Save cost by cutting out on food delivery company: If each restaurant encourages their customers to order via this virtual food court, then they do not need to pay a 35% commission to the food delivery company. The cost savings will be in thousands of dollars per month.

  • Additional restaurant license fee from RM100 each
  • Setup including full menu setup, payment gateway, and delivery integration

Individual Restaurant Owner:

  • Option to purchase hardware: Portable Mini Printer with POS System for RM299. This mini printer will include an offline POS system for stall owners to use from their phone.
  • Offline Payment Gateway for E-wallets Collection RM50 for setup: Boost, TouchNGo, Maybank QR, GrabPay, Alipay, Razer Pay @ 1.2% & Wechat Pay @1.3%
